False Start !
            So early this morning I gave into my eagerness and I started my summer training (haha only a day early). It was a short running workout that consisted of 5 x 150m, 3-5 minute recovery. Anticipating Training
So I start my summer training for Track this coming Monday :-)), im so anxious to start up again.. even though its only been a two week break since my last Outdoor Track competition. As I said before my regime includes:  Weight Room Running Workouts (including stadiums) Yoga Rehab (for the knee) Other fun stuff I find along the way
