The knee hurts bad this AM, its gonna be one of those days, apparently the knee condition I have takes up to 8 to 9 months to heal (but no need for surgery thank GOD). Basically what happened to my knee is after too much jumping in high school and then into college I put so much stress on my patellar tendon that all the little strands in there mixed up and now they are squiggle like a bowl of spaghettios… mhmm spaghettios.
