Anticipating Training

So I start my summer training for Track this coming Monday :-)), im so anxious to start up again.. even though its only been a two week break since my last Outdoor Track competition. As I said before my regime includes: 

  • Weight Room
  • Running Workouts (including stadiums)
  • Yoga
  • Rehab (for the knee)
  • Other fun stuff I find along the way
